This project seeks through education, research and dialogue to explore, analyse and share experiences from a range of conflict areas such as Iraq, Palestine and South Africa.

The project will address the  role and contribution of trade unions  in that process with a focus on the full spectrum of conflict-related issues including reconciliation, democratisation, shared public space and services, discrimination, human rights, social  and economic justice and  group identity.
The project will collaborate closely with politicians, decision makers, local communities, academics/researchers and international partners with a view to providing evidence for influencing public policy.
